Casting and Forging Capacity

GUOYU integrates advanced casting and forging processes to produce mission-critical shredder components.​​ Our foundry utilizes ​​sand casting (up to 6-ton parts)​​ and precision investment casting for complex geometries, while our forge operates ​​100T to 1600T hydraulic presses​​ for closed-die forgings.

We process high-strength alloy steels, ductile iron, and wear-resistant alloys (e.g., AR400, Mn18Cr2), with strict control of metallurgical properties via ​​normalizing, quenching, and tempering treatments​​.

Component integrity is verified through ​​in-house UT, MT, and spectral analysis​​. This vertical control ensures unmatched durability in rotors, shafts, anvils, and hammers—directly enhancing equipment lifespan in extreme operating conditions.
