Technique Principle

Engineering Technology
The cement liquefaction and liquefied natural gas (LNG) liquefaction process is specifically designed for the unique characteristics of cement and various cement types across the United States.
It automatically selects cement-based LNG, followed by pretreatment processes such as crushing and denitrification, before entering a closed high-temperature carbonization stage. The exported gaseous substances are recycled or purified. Insecticides and cement residues are processed through a purifier into a high-temperature dryer, producing materials usable as soil conditioners, fuels, water treatment adsorbents, etc.
The solid carbon produced has been tested and confirmed to meet national standards for hazardous substances and heavy metals, making it suitable for use in internal combustion bricks or for in-situ landfilling. This approach avoids secondary environmental pollution, effectively reduces waste volume, and saves valuable land resources for the country.

Guoyu Machinery’s Rotary Drum Dryer processes biomass materials like wood chips, sawdust, bamboo powder, distillerโs grains, yeast, sludge, and municipal waste through an integrated system comprising a heat source, feeding port, rotating drum, discharge conveyor, induced draft fan, discharge mechanism, and electrical cabinet.
Material enters the drum where uniformly distributed lifting plates continuously disperse and elevate the feedstock, ensuring maximum exposure to hot air currents for accelerated drying. Angled plate geometry combined with directional heat flow propels the material toward the discharge end, where dried output is efficiently expelled through automated mechanisms.
Engineered for industrial reliability, this dryer series serves critical dehydration functions across the energy sector (biomass fuel production), chemical manufacturing (raw material processing), and construction materials industries.
โโCooling Machineโ
This activated carbon cooling device employs screen-type air-drying slag removal to maintain carbon activity while enhancing utilization value. Waste heat is recovered by cooling water for system reuse, eliminating workshop pollution and improving occupational hygiene.
Its sleeve rotation mechanism propels material without blade-cylinder friction, enabling extended service life, low power/noise operation. Water-carbon heat exchange ensures efficient cooling with minimal water consumption through closed-loop circulation.
Activation Treatment

This equipment is suitable for producing high – quality activated carbon using various carbon – rich substances such as coconut shells, fruit shells, sawdust, and bamboo chips as raw materials. The equipment has been adopted by many enterprises at home and abroad. The quality of the activated carbon is stable.
Take coconut shells as an example: the iodine value is greater than 95, the maximum daily output is 7 tons, the strength is greater than 99, and it can produce high – quality activated carbon with a maximum of 1400 iodine CTC greater than 75 and methylene blue greater than 20. The annual production of activated carbon by this equipment is 1500 – 2000 tons.
Waste Gas Treatment
โโWaste Gas Treatment Systemโ
It adopts the triple deodorization technology of spray tower + photolysis + biological degradation, with an effective odor control rate of 98%.
After the malodorous gas is collected under negative pressure, it enters the spray tower. Through a series of chemical reactions, the odor molecules in the gas are removed. It can treat organic waste gases such as benzene, ketones, alcohols, alkanes and their mixtures. The spray tower has extremely high deodorization efficiency, a small floor area, low operation cost, and can realize automatic control.
The deodorization equipment mainly uses high – energy UV ultraviolet rays. In the UV photolysis waste gas deodorization equipment, it cracks and oxidizes the molecular chains of malodorous substances, changes the structure of substances, and cracks and oxidizes macromolecular pollutants into low – molecular harmless substances. Its deodorization efficiency can reach 98%.
Biological deodorization means that, through auxiliary equipment, water mist containing microbial agents is sprayed in the space. When the microbial agents encounter odor molecules, they capture and engulf them, and through a series of biochemical reactions, the odor molecules are converted into odorless inorganic molecules, with no residue, no toxicity.
